Steve joined Neighborhood Bike Works as Executive Director in May 2016. A former bicycle racer and professional mechanic, Steve thrives on helping others develop through bicycles and hands-on skills. Previously, Steve spent six years as Shop Manager and Operations Director at Bike Works Seattle, where he developed a bike mechanics job training program for young adults.
